STAMFORD — Stamford police detectives arrested a 14-year-old juvenile following an investigation into illegal firearm possession.
A 9mm semi-automatic handgun with a high-capacity magazine was recovered during the investigation.
The juvenile was processed by the Youth Bureau and transported to the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center after a remand order was signed by a Stamford Superior Court judge.
The case remains under investigation.
