ELMIRA — Austin B. Capozzi, 29, of Horseheads, was arrested May 28 on charges of criminal contempt in the second degree and stalking in the fourth degree, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities allege Capozzi violated an order of protection in the Town of Horseheads.
He was charged with a Class A misdemeanor for criminal contempt and a Class B misdemeanor for stalking.
Capozzi was arraigned and remanded to the Chemung County Jail in lieu of bail.
