HOPE VALLEY — Troopers arrested Giovanni E. Carvalho, 18, of 162 Main St., Exeter, R.I., on Wednesday, May 28, at 12:15 p.m.
Carvalho faces charges of domestic simple assault and battery and domestic disorderly conduct.
The arrest followed troopers responding to a disturbance at Exeter Job Corps.
Carvalho was transported to the Hope Valley barracks, where he was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
He was then taken to the Adult Correctional Institution — Men’s Intake Center and held as a 46(g) bail violator.
