Officers deployed a taser and took Bell into custody.
During the incident, Bell allegedly damaged business property and injured one of the responding officers.
Bell was charged with felony assault in the second degree, misdemeanor obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, and trespass, a violation.
After processing, Bell was transported to the Cayuga County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
