OGDENSBURG — Anthony J. Foti, 42, of Ogdensburg, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
The New York State Police Troop B-Violent Gangs and Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Foti on May 27.
Troopers responded to an accident on State Route 37 in Lisbon at approximately 2:07 a.m.
Investigators determined Foti was impaired by drugs while operating the vehicle.
He was found in possession of multiple containers with pills identified as controlled substances and a quantity of cocaine.
Foti was processed at SP Ogdensburg and arraigned in Lisbon Town Court before being released.
