KINGSTON — City of Kingston Police and Fire Departments responded to a call for service in Kingston Plaza near the railroad tracks at approximately 3:10 p.m. on May 25.
Initially, authorities were unsure whether the individual involved was the victim of a crime or was experiencing a medical emergency.
Following an investigation at the scene, police determined that the person was undergoing a medical emergency.
The Kingston Fire Department transported the individual to the emergency room for treatment.
