ST JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police arrested a 46-year-old St Johnsbury man Monday following a reported family fight on E Village Road.
Janssen Willhoit was charged with domestic assault after police responded to the incident at 10:20 a.m. on May 26.
Investigation revealed that Willhoit caused pain and minor injury to a household member, according to state police.
Authorities took Willhoit into custody and transported him to the Vermont State Police St Johnsbury Barracks.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court.
The name of the victim was not released, as Vermont State Police do not disclose the identities of victims of domestic violence.
