WINDSOR — Maine State Police have issued a Silver Alert for 28-year-old Brandy Foster, who was last seen Sunday night at her Windsor home.

Foster, who has developmental disabilities, was last seen around 11 p.m. on May 25, according to authorities.

She was last known to be wearing black pants and possibly carrying a red backpack with “PITA” written on it, along with a black wallet decorated with a bow and sequins.

Officials say Foster’s family dog, a Shih-Tzu named Daisy wearing a pink sweatshirt, is also missing.

Police are uncertain whether Foster left on foot or in a vehicle.

Foster reportedly has a cell phone with her, but the number is unknown, making it impossible for authorities to track her location.

Foster lives with her grandmother in Windsor, police said.

Anyone with information about Foster’s whereabouts is urged to contact Trooper Quintana at 207-624-7076.
