PARISH — State Police have identified William W. Weaver, 54, of Parish, as the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred Sunday afternoon.
On May 25 at 2:30 p.m., troopers responded to North Railroad Street in the village of Parish, Oswego County, for a reported motorcycle crash.
The preliminary investigation reveals Weaver was traveling on North Railroad Street on a 2014 Harley Davidson when he failed to negotiate a curve.
Weaver’s motorcycle left the roadway and struck a building, then a utility pole.
He was transported by ambulance to Upstate Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The crash remains under investigation.
