POWNAL — Vermont State Police arrested a 43-year-old man Sunday night after he allegedly violated conditions of release that had been issued just two days earlier.
Troopers responded to a disturbance call in Pownal at approximately 9:28 p.m. on May 25.
Upon investigation, officers determined that Destin Greene had violated conditions of release that were issued on May 23.
Greene was taken into custody and transported to the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility, where he was held until sober.
He was issued a criminal citation to appear in the Bennington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on May 27 at 12:30 p.m. for Violation of Conditions of Release.
