RICHMOND — Rhode Island State Police arrested two women in separate incidents on Route 95 on Saturday, May 24.
At 12:46 p.m., troopers arrested Kaycie Cruceta, 20, of Providence, during a traffic stop in Richmond.
Cruceta, who resides at 76 Hamilton Street, Floor 2, was charged with forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates.
She was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date in Fourth Division District Court.
Later that day, at 9:25 p.m., troopers arrested Joy Moshier, 46, of Westerly, during another traffic stop on Route 95 in West Greenwich.
Moshier, of 23 Walton Street, was arrested on an affidavit warrant for fraudulent checks, a charge originating from the Westerly Police Department.
After processing at the Hope Valley Barracks, Moshier was turned over to the Westerly Police Department.
