CLARENDON — A two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Route 7B and Route 103 on May 16 at 3:39 p.m., according to Vermont State Police.
Jerome Kendrick, 52, of Rutland City, was driving a 2020 Jeep Cherokee northbound on Route 7B when he failed to yield to oncoming traffic at the intersection.
John Paul, 57, of Shrewsbury, was traveling westbound on Route 103 in a 2015 Honda Pilot when the collision occurred.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage in the crash.
Neither driver reported injuries, and both declined medical treatment at the scene.
Both operators were wearing seat belts at the time of the collision.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks responded to the scene.
Civil violation charges are pending against Kendrick for failure to yield.
