DUNDEE — A 35-year-old Dundee man was arrested on an outstanding warrant early Saturday after deputies responded to a complaint at Highland Drive apartments.
Deputies from the Yates County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the apartment complex at 2 a.m. on May 24.
While interviewing individuals at the scene, deputies discovered that Brien A. Bergmark had an active warrant for his arrest issued by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Bergmark was taken into custody and transferred to Schuyler County deputies.
No further details about the nature of the original complaint or the warrant were provided.
