ELLICOTTVILLE — A Franklinville man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in the Town of Ellicottville, according to police.
Brock P. Monroe, 32, was charged with criminal obstruction of breath, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and second-degree harassment on May 22.
Monroe was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court and released on his own recognizance.
Following his arraignment, Monroe was transported to the City of Salamanca Police Department to face additional charges in their jurisdiction.
The Ellicottville Police Department was assisted in the case by the Franklinville Police Department and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
