LANCASTER — A Lancaster police officer responded to a report of a pickup truck crashing into guardrails on Page Hill Road at 9:30 a.m. May 21.
The officer made contact with the driver, identified as Garrett Riviere, 33, of Whitefield.
Following a roadside DUI investigation, Riviere was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and having an open container.
Riviere was released on personal recognizance bail with a court date scheduled in Lancaster District Court.
