LINCOLN — Troopers arrested Serwah Wogbeh, 35, of Providence, at 11:30 p.m. Monday on an active warrant for duty to stop in accident to attended vehicle.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation by troopers at the Lincoln Woods Barracks after Wogbeh was located by the Providence Police Department.
Wogbeh was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
In a separate incident, troopers arrested Julia Linberg, 28, of Monroe, Connecticut, at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs – first offense.
Linberg’s arrest followed a two-car accident on Route 95 North in Pawtucket.
She was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for evaluation, later released, and then taken to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
Blood test results for Linberg are pending.
