DELHI — A 62-year-old New York City man has been ordered to appear in Delhi Town Court on a harassment charge.
The Delhi Police Department served a criminal summons to Anthony Riccio on May 12, directing him to answer a complaint of aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Riccio, a resident of New York, New York, will have to appear before the Delhi Town Court at a date that has not been specified.
The police department did not release details about the alleged harassment incident.
