DELHI — The Delhi Police Department arrested a local man Friday on a domestic violence charge following an investigation.
David R. Rogers, 51, of Delhi, was taken into custody May 9 on a charge of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, according to police.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation into a domestic violence incident, authorities said.
Rogers was transported to the Delaware County Jail where he was held pending arraignment at Delaware County Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court.
The arrest was made without incident, police said.
