CHARLOTTE — Vermont State Police arrested a 35-year-old Charlotte man Wednesday night following a domestic disturbance call.
Stefan Boshkov was taken into custody at approximately 9:16 p.m. after troopers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in Charlotte.
Upon arrival, troopers spoke with both Boshkov and the victim.
The investigation revealed that Boshkov had committed the offense of domestic assault, according to police.
Boshkov was later released on conditions and issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Chittenden County Criminal Division on May 22 at 8:30 a.m.
The Vermont State Police did not release the name of the victim, in accordance with their policy regarding victims of domestic violence.
