Boston police seek suspects in Roxbury pepper spray assault

BOSTON — Boston police are seeking the public’s help to identify four individuals involved in an assault and battery incident in Roxbury.

The attack occurred Thursday, May 15, at approximately 4:18 p.m. near 835 Huntington Avenue.

According to police, an adult female victim was physically assaulted by four individuals and sprayed with pepper spray by one of the suspects.

Detectives from District B-2 are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.

Community members wishing to remain anonymous can provide information through the CrimeStoppers Tip Line by calling 1-800-494-TIPS, texting the word “TIP” to CRIME (27463), or submitting information online via Boston Police CrimeStoppers.

Photos and videos related to the investigation may also be submitted anonymously, with police assuring that the identities of those providing information will be strictly safeguarded.
