PAWTUCKET — A Pawtucket man was arrested Tuesday morning on a Providence Superior Court warrant stemming from a domestic violence charge.
Troopers from the Lincoln Woods Barracks arrested Michael Fournier, 41, of 104 Anthony Avenue, at 9:40 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in Pawtucket.
Fournier was wanted on a Full Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation related to an original charge of Domestic Violence – Simple Assault, which originated from the Pawtucket Police Department.
After processing at the Lincoln Barracks, Fournier was transferred to Providence Superior Court for arraignment.
