CUBA — Cuba police arrested a 19-year-old Friendship man on multiple charges Saturday night.
Damion N. Merrill was arrested at 9:06 p.m. May 17 on charges of disorderly conduct, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
The disorderly conduct charge is a violation, while the menacing and weapons charges are misdemeanors.
Merrill was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment.
He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
