HORSEHEADS — A 52-year-old Horseheads man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly making fraudulent charges on a lost or stolen debit card.
Joseph T. Austin was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest occurred in the Town of Horseheads on May 20.
Austin was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
