BERKSHIRE — A Highgate man was cited for driving under the influence of drugs after his vehicle slid off Route 105 near Horseshoe Road on Tuesday afternoon.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a vehicle slide off at approximately 5:52 p.m. on May 20.
Troopers identified the operator as Christopher Duprey, 30, of Highgate, and observed indicators of drug impairment.
Duprey was transported to Northwest Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
While at the medical center, Duprey was processed for DUI-Drugs and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court.
