SIDNEY — Delaware County Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced the arrest of a Sidney resident on petit larceny charges stemming from a January incident.
Deputies arrested Elizabeth Moschner, 43, of Sidney on Sunday, May 18, on a warrant issued by the Town of Masonville Court.
According to authorities, Moschner entered the Dollar General Store in Masonville on the evening of Jan. 23, 2024, where she allegedly placed items from store shelves into a shopping cart and left without paying.
Deputies took Moschner into custody while she was being held by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office on an unrelated matter.
Moschner was transported to the Delaware County Corrections Facility for centralized arraignment.
