SCHROPPEL — State Police arrested a Phoenix man following a domestic dispute at a residence on State Route 264 in Schroppel, Oswego County, on May 18 at 8:14 a.m.
Joseph W. Perras, 45, was charged with multiple misdemeanors after police investigated the incident and interviewed a victim.
Charges against Perras include criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief with intent to damage property, and criminal mischief in the 4th degree for preventing an emergency call.
All charges are Class A misdemeanors.
Perras was processed at SP Fulton and transported to the Oswego County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Department assisted State Police at the scene.
