HIGHLAND — The Town of Lloyd Police Department has arrested six individuals on various charges ranging from weapons possession to drug offenses, according to a press release issued by the department.
Joseph M. Corton, 48, of Highland, was arrested May 20 and charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree after allegedly being found in possession of an assault rifle and a 9mm ghost gun.
Corton was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Part Court and released, with a court date set for May 22 in the Town of Lloyd Court.
Laura R. Debruycker, 45, of Kingston, was arrested May 19 and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs after being stopped for traffic violations on Rt. 299 in Highland.
Debruycker was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 5.
Kyle J. Baker, 39, who is listed as homeless, was arrested May 19 and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree for allegedly violating an Ulster County Supreme Court Order of Protection.
Baker was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court on June 5.
Christine L. Anthony, 33, of Fort Plain, was arrested May 17 on a bench warrant for Burglary 2nd degree, Petit Larceny, Conspiracy 4th degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
Anthony was additionally charged with Bail Jumping 2nd degree and was remanded to Ulster County Jail on $5,000 cash bail following her arraignment, with a court date of May 22.
Adam J. Diaz, 45, of Highland, was arrested May 17 and charged with Menacing 2nd degree after allegedly threatening another person with a hammer during a dispute.
Diaz was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Lloyd Court on May 29.
Celena P. Pascariello, 44, of Newburgh, was arrested May 17 on a Bench Warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and additionally charged with two more counts of the same offense.
Pascariello was arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail on $1,000 cash bail, with a court appearance scheduled for May 27.
