KIRBY — A Massachusetts woman was arrested for driving under the influence after troopers found her vehicle parked in the roadway with its lights on in Kirby late Friday night.
Vermont State Police from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to Ridge Road at 10:34 p.m. on May 16 after receiving a report of a vehicle stopped in the road with its lights on.
Upon arrival, troopers made contact with the operator, identified as Kathryn Mulhern, 45, of West Roxbury, Massachusetts.
Troopers observed signs of impairment while speaking with Mulhern, according to police.
Mulhern was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
She was later issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division and released.
