SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga Springs Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for questioning by animal control authorities.
The individual, pictured wearing a red shirt, is being sought by Animal Control Officer Paul Swiers.
Police have not released details about why the man is wanted for questioning.
