Multiple arrests made in Warwick, East Greenwich and Jamestown

WARWICK — Rhode Island State Police arrested Taylor Whalen, 35, of Providence, following a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 at 10:15 p.m. on Jan. 13.

Whalen was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test (first offense).

The suspect was processed at the B.A.T. Mobile and later released to a responsible adult with a future court date in Third Division District Court.

EAST GREENWICH — Nicholas Brown, 39, of East Greenwich, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Jan. 13 on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

Troopers made the arrest while conducting a residence check at 252 Marlborough Street following a rolling domestic incident that occurred on Route 4.

Brown was processed at the State Police Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court date.

JAMESTOWN — Robert Diaz Rosado, 36, of Providence, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on Jan. 13 during a motor vehicle stop on Route 138.

Rosado was taken into custody on an active Sixth District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a technical violation hearing on an original charge of simple assault from the Pawtucket Police Department.

He was processed at the State Police Wickford Barracks and transferred to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.
