WILLIAMSTOWN — Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a motor vehicle crash on VT Route 14 in Williamstown at 4:05 p.m. on May 18.
Upon arrival, troopers identified the operator as Clayton Judkins, 28, of Barre.
While speaking with Judkins, troopers observed indicators of impairment.
Judkins was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
He was later issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division and released.
