WEBB — State Police responded to a single vehicle rollover collision on State Route 28 in the town of Webb, Herkimer County, at approximately 9:11 a.m. Sunday.
Investigation determined that Danny Frieden, 54, of Rome, was operating a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek southbound on State Route 28 when he hydroplaned on the wet roadway and lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle struck an earth embankment and flipped over onto its roof.
Frieden was not injured in the crash.
No tickets have been issued at this time.
