MORETOWN — A Roxbury man was arrested Saturday night after allegedly causing serious bodily injury to a household member, according to Vermont State Police.
Cullen Granger, 23, was taken into custody at approximately 10:56 p.m. on Moretown Mountain Road following a report of domestic assault.
State police responded to the scene and determined through investigation that Granger had committed first-degree aggravated domestic assault.
Granger was transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing before being lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $1,000 bail.
He was issued a citation to appear in Washington Superior Court – Criminal Division to answer to the charge.
The identity of the victim was not released, as Vermont State Police does not disclose names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
