ELMORE — Vermont State Police arrested a 41-year-old Elmore man following a disturbance at a residence on Leahy Road on May 17.
Troopers responded to the location at approximately 3:04 p.m. after receiving reports of an individual behaving in a threatening and aggressive manner.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with Travis White, who became non-compliant during the interaction, leading to a brief physical altercation with law enforcement.
White was taken into custody and transported to Morrisville Police Department for processing.
Following processing, White was transferred to North West Correctional Facility with court-ordered conditions.
He is scheduled to appear at the Lamoille County Superior Court on May 19 at 12:30 p.m. to answer charges of aggravated disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and criminal threatening.
