OXFORD — A two-car head-on collision near 180 Sutton Ave. resulted in injuries to six people, including three young children, around 1:45 p.m. today.
A local physician assistant who lives in Oxford stopped to provide assistance to one of the injured children, described as a baby.
Oxford Police Department officers, including Corporal Mercier and Officer Ausmus, responded to the scene.
Fire Deputy Chief Bellanger, Oxford Fire Captain Mike Hudon and their crew also responded to the collision.
Webster EMS provided emergency medical services at the scene.
All individuals involved in the crash are reportedly in stable condition, according to police.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
