BETHEL — A 37-year-old Bethel man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence for the second time following a traffic stop on May 16.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks conducted the stop on VT Route 107 near Creek Road at 11:21 p.m. after observing motor vehicle violations.
The driver was identified as Kyle Wright, who displayed signs of impairment during the investigation, according to state police.
Wright was taken into custody and transported to the Royalton State Police Barracks for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court on the DUI second offense charge.
