PITTSFORD — Three Rutland residents were arrested early Friday morning after a traffic stop on U.S. Route 7 led to multiple charges, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers conducting a stationary patrol at 12:48 a.m. observed a vehicle traveling 70 mph in a 55 mph zone.
During the traffic stop, the driver, Brianna Devoid, 41, was found to have a criminally suspended license.
A passenger, Jonathan Friday, 61, was discovered to have an active in-state arrest warrant.
Another passenger, Adrienne Beayon, 41, was found in possession of a depressant, stimulant, or narcotic, police said.
Devoid and Beayon were issued citations to appear in Vermont Superior Court Rutland Criminal Division on June 30 at 10 a.m.
Friday was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Addison Criminal Division on May 16 at 12:30 p.m.
