CORTLANDVILLE — Two people suffered minor injuries in a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of State Route 13 and Bennie Road on May 16 at approximately 5:14 p.m.
Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene after receiving a report of a two-car personal injury crash.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that three vehicles were actually involved in the collision.
Investigators determined that a southbound vehicle failed to yield the right of way to an oncoming vehicle while attempting to make a turn.
TLC Ambulance responded to the scene to evaluate the injured individuals.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Cortlandville Fire Department, TLC Ambulance, CNY Towing and Valu Towing.
