SAUGERTIES — A local man was arrested Tuesday following an investigation into property damage on Washington Avenue Extension.
Dominick K. Buck, 39, of Saugerties, was charged with one felony count of criminal mischief in the third degree and one misdemeanor count of conspiracy in the fifth degree, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
The arrest occurred at approximately 10:50 a.m. on April 29 after police received a complaint about damaged property.
Buck was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
