CUBA — Cuba Police arrested Nicholas S. Haskins, 27, of Cuba, on multiple vehicle violations Monday, May 5.
The arrest occurred at approximately 9:17 p.m. following a traffic stop.
Haskins faces charges of improper license plates, unregistered ATV operation, operating a motor vehicle on a highway without insurance, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
The first three charges are violations, while the aggravated unlicensed operation charge is an unclassified misdemeanor.
Haskins was processed and released with an order to appear in court at a later date.
He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
