CUBA — A Medina man was arrested on felony drug charges following an investigation by the Cuba Police Department Narcotics Unit.
Michael D. Dunn, 47, was arrested May 13 at approximately 5:30 p.m. after a Grand Jury issued an indictment warrant.
Dunn faces charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both felonies.
The charges stem from the alleged sale of crack cocaine in the Town and Village of Cuba.
Following processing, Dunn was sent to the Allegany County Jail with no bail set.
The Narcotics Unit was assisted by the Allegany County District Attorney’s Office during the investigation.
Authorities remind residents that Dunn is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
