TROY — The Troy Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing vulnerable adult who was last seen Monday.
Roderick Breeden was last seen in the area of Orr Street on May 12, according to police.
Authorities did not provide additional details about Breeden’s appearance or the circumstances of his disappearance.
