Providence troopers arrest 2 in separate incidents

PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested three individuals in separate incidents on May 14 and 15, according to officials at the Lincoln Woods Barracks.

Troopers arrested Ashley Starks, 33, of Pawtucket, for domestic simple assault and domestic vandalism after responding to a disturbance on Route 95 North in Cranston.

Starks was processed and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.

In the early morning hours of May 15, at 12:57 a.m., troopers arrested Eusebio Ramirez Molina, 26, of Pawtucket, for driving without consent of owner/lessee and obtaining vehicles with intent to defraud.

The arrest followed a motor vehicle stop on Sherman Street in Pawtucket.

Ramirez Molina was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
