LIVINGSTON MANOR — A 26-year-old Livingston Manor man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly possessing obscene video files involving children under 10 years old.

Andrew Grace faces a Class E felony charge of Possessing Obscene Sexual Performance by Child Less than 16 Years of Age.

The arrest followed a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that led to a search warrant execution at Grace’s residence on May 13.

New York State Police said Grace is accused of possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation.

The investigation was conducted jointly by the New York State Police Troop F Computer Crimes Unit, Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Liberty, Major Crimes Unit, Violent Gang Narcotic Enforcement Team, Community Stabilization Unit, Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office, FBI, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Grace was released with an appearance ticket to the Neversink Town Court scheduled for May 20 at 4 p.m.
