MARYLAND — A 33-year-old Maryland woman was arrested on drug charges following an investigation by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Amber N. Tolbert was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
The arrest occurred on May 11 in the Town of Maryland.
According to the sheriff’s office, Tolbert was found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances.
Tolbert was turned over to Otsego County Corrections pending centralized arraignment at Maryland Town Court.
