EDMESTON — A 33-year-old Edmeston woman was arrested Monday following an investigation into property damage that allegedly occurred during a domestic dispute.
Suellyn L. Birdsall was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest came after deputies investigated a report of damaged property during a domestic incident.
Birdsall was processed and transferred to Otsego County Corrections pending centralized arraignment.
She is scheduled to appear in Edmeston Town Court at a later date.
