EDMESTON — A 34-year-old Edmeston man was arrested Monday on felony criminal mischief charges following a domestic dispute, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Kyle J. Packer was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, along with multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
Deputies responded to a report of damaged property during a domestic dispute on May 12.
Packer was located away from the scene and was found to have been operating a motor vehicle with a suspended New York State driver’s license, authorities said.
Additional charges include unlicensed operator, having no or only one registration plate, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, improper windshield, operating without insurance, and unlawful removal of a registration sticker.
Packer was processed and turned over to Otsego County Corrections pending centralized arraignment in Edmeston Town Court.
