MOREAU — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office filed additional charges Tuesday against a Hudson Falls man in connection with a two-car crash that occurred on Bluebird Road.
Victor J. Neglia, 62, now faces charges of assault in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, and vehicular assault in the 2nd degree, a class E felony, following the May 11 collision that happened at 8:40 p.m.
Authorities accuse Neglia of recklessly causing serious physical injury to another person by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.
He is also charged with causing serious physical injury while operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Neglia was arraigned before the Honorable Jeffrey B. McCabe in the Moreau Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
