KILLINGTON — A local woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant Tuesday after an incident on US Route 4 where she allegedly threw her walker into traffic.
Killington Police responded to the area of Johnson Road at approximately 5:22 p.m. after being called to assist Killington Fire & Rescue Services with a medical call initially reported as a woman who had fallen.
First responders told police that the woman, later identified as Tina Roy, 46, of Killington, was acting erratically.
Roy was evaluated by EMS personnel but declined transport to the hospital.
Police determined Roy had an active arrest warrant issued by an Orange County Superior Court Judge in November 2024.
The warrant stemmed from allegations that Roy assaulted a protected health care professional with bodily fluids in Randolph.
Roy was issued a citation to appear in court on May 14 at 12:30 p.m., according to police.
