LYNDONVILLE — A St. Johnsbury man was arrested Tuesday night after state police discovered he was violating court-ordered conditions during a traffic stop.
Stephen Macnevins, 45, was taken into custody around 11:20 p.m. on May 13 when troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks observed a violation while on patrol.
Troopers initiated a traffic stop in Lyndonville and determined Macnevins was in violation of his conditions of release.
Macnevins was transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He was cited to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court at 12:30 p.m. on May 19 to answer to the charge of violating court-ordered conditions.
